We are launching a mobile pet care company in Tampa, FL to empower mobile veterinarians, groomers, and technicians with the opportunity, resources, and support to achieve their goals and provide both exceptional pet care and client service.
Together we will strive to deliver pet health and wellness services in a way that meaningfully improves the lives of pets, pet parents, and pet care professionals alike.
As a Lead Pet Groomer you will play a critical role in growing the Company’s mobile grooming division in a player-coach capacity whereby you will provide best-in-class mobile pet grooming services and help build an industry-leading mobile pet grooming team.
What You Will Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
- Within your first 30 days, you will co-develop the service offering, see your first clients and start building the pet grooming team.
- Within your first 3 months, you will ramp-up production, co-develop and implement a performance management program, and become a culture carrier.
- Over the next 6 months, you will complete the ramp-up of the first 2 groomers, hire 3 additional groomers and assist with the design of a groomer career path.
Who We Are Looking For - The Skills That Matter
- Excellent communication skills for customer service
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer
- Strong knowledge of pet grooming techniques and breed requirements

How We Pay - Your Compensation Package
Your total annual income potential will be $120,000, comprised of a base salary, a percentage of your production and a bonus tied to your manager goals.
During your first 6 months a significant portion of your income will be guaranteed. Benefits (healthcare, 401(k), etc.) will be provided as well.
